I can't see why you'd want to do that. The spacers fit between the wheel hub and the wheel, therefore you need longer wheel nuts to account for the thickness of the spacer.

when the car was is in the garage for a service last november they put new original locking nuts because they said the old ones were no good so i replaced all the other bolts as well which cost about £50 now i fancy putting spacers on.
i was hoping to use these new bolts but i'll just buy longer bolts thanks for your replies

cant you get the spacers that bolt to the hub and then the wheels bolt to the spacer using the original bolts????

I am sure i have seen ones like this before but i have no idea which are best for reliability/safety.

Yes, but that type of fitment is usually only for spacers over 20mm (10mm is too thin to make the bolt on hub kind of fitment possible).

And, the spacers are made from Aluminium and I certainly wouldn't want to bolt my wheels to that metal.
