Spot on, the security is a bit of a dead giveaway and the plates of course...

I have to add, it's not my car...yet! Belongs to my father and it is mint with just over 40 000miles (69 000km) on the clock. One of 35 S54's brought to SA.

If I'm not mistaken it was 40 S54's, only 35 in ACS trim...JSN Motors and BMW partnered up to produce the 35, so that makes it one of 35 "ACS Editions" brought to SA...

There were 39 S54s built in SA spec, and I have confirmed that all 39 were imported into SA and have motorplan history here.

In terms of the ACS part, I have also always known the number to be 35 as that is what was quoted when the cars were marketed. I contacted JSN directly some time back and they also repeated the 35 number... however, they were unable to produce any record or evidence to back up the claim.

So it is possible that there are 4 non ACS S54 coupes kicking about around the country, but I haven't been able to track one down yet (something I am working on). I own one of the Schnitzer cars, which is why I'd like to get to the bottom of it. However, the only fact we have at the moment is that our cars are one of the 39 S54s brought into the country.

                                I'll PM you more info
