  • Tyre valves

At some point before next summer I'll be getting my wheels refurbished at a local company who did a great job on my wife's Golf TDI GT alloy wheels. To finish the Roadstars off I was thinking fitting metal valves.
Has anyone fitted metal tyre valve assembles in place of standard rubber tyre valves to the OEM Roadstar wheels? If so what type/make?
Another alternative is the fitting of cover sleeves on rubber valves as I did on my first Coupe, which are available on eBay.

I use a metal type valve, however there is no valve visable, you have to unscrew a small cap and use an insert,They make cleaning in that area a breeze.
