    FOR SALE: Tarox Big Brake Kit

    The kit is specifically made for the M Coupè and M3 e36, and will fit both S50 and S54. I bought these from 'Traba' on this forum a couple of weeks ago with the intention to fit them but will be selling the car, so they're still packaged up in the original box without being fitted. Amazing brakes - relatively compact (will fit under the standard rims without spacers) and hugely powerful and fade free.

    Included in the kit:
    - 2x B32-10 pots brake caliper, CNC machined, grey anodised;
    - 2x 325mm grooved brake discs, with alloy bells, grey anodised;
    - 2x machined adaptor clamps;
    - 2x s/s braided brake hoses;
    - Ferodo DS3000 brake pads;
    - bolts for fitting.

    The kit has done less than 1000 miles and is in mint condition.
    It has NEVER been used on the track, including the pads that are as new.
    No modifications on the car required.

    A very big improvement over the standard brake system, they make the car much more stable when braking, improving at the same time the feedback on the pedal.
    Also looks stunning on the car.

    This kit retails for £2000.

    £899 + delivery or collection from the Milton Keynes area.

        because I'm selling the car. To be honest I was still tempted to fit them to see what they are like, but it makes more sense to sell the parts seperately.

            10 Pot calipers on a 325mm disc? What is the width of the disc? Seems a bit overkill to me, has anyone driven with these and can confirm how they feel/stop?

              They're 28mm wide. Although 10 pot sounds OTT for a road car, it enables the caliper to be smaller and still give effective pressure on all the pad. Traba had this kit fitted and would be best suited to commenting on its effectiveness - considering the standard brakes with no modifications are a known weak area, this kit is a must of anyone wanting an excellent fast road / trackday / race setup - even better considering they fit under the standard wheels.
