  • History of this Z3M?

    Hey Guys

Haven't been on here for a while, been busy searching for my dream Z3M. I've noticed this particular coupe on the Pistonheads website for quite a while and was wondering if anybody knew any history about this car? It seems to be of good spec and has had a new?? vanos 6k ago?

    Cheers.

It boasts 'RACELOGIC TRACTION CONTROL' in the add and they were not fitted as standard. I would not want it on my MC although I did go embarrassingly sideways around a roundabout this afternoon!

I don't think there's anything wrong with Racelogic, in fact most would say it was a plus point. I'd be more interested in reading the reviews of the seller in question on here ;)

If the car hasn't been written off and is in need of TLC might make a good restoration/project?
Read the other threads and if it's true that ASM is not interested in the car and that they have had it for so long they might let it go on a low offer???

I think everyone else who was interested thought the same.
Car is still advertised with them for sale

I joined this forum last April as I will, probably in the middle of the year, be
            looking seriously into buying.

I'd just like to praise the forum members for the information, details and general experience passed on, especially in situations like this.

I'm only a couple of miles from this car and had no idea of it's history or how long it appears to have been on the market.

Keep up the good work guys it is appreciated, I'm sure there are a few like me who are browsing and waiting for the right time and car and all this info is very valuable

            Thanks

I agree with Johnf, the wealth of knowledge on this site is brilliant. I didn't know where to start when I first began to look and for that reason I think I'm going to steer clear of this asm car.
              Cheers fellas

I wonder if the silver S50 is sold at ASM as it is no longer advertised?

it disappeared from listings before, then reappeared a few months later with better pics.

been a while since i saw it advertised on any sites
