Harsh criticism - my experience with Munich Legends was excellent, they were professional and a pleasure to do business with. I paid good money for the car granted, but it was faultless...and still is 18 months on. I'd happily deal with them again, but clearly your experience must have been very different to warrant that response.

Am I missing something? I'd expect a LHD would be hard to sell in a RHD market.

But the price doesn't seem to reflect this.

A while ago when the exchange rate was no good for sterling to euro it made cars in England cheap , especially if they were lhd , and it was worth the trip from Europe . A mate in Newcastle sold a load of motorbikes into Europe just because they worked out cheap in mainland Europe , they used to turn up with large vans and buy half a dozen at a time !
That said , at that price it's a fortune , works out around 14.5k euros , check out the link to the German cars for sale , they are almost half that price !

Funny, as Ebay Germany is full of RHD M3 Evo parts, as UK cars are so cheap compared to mainland EU. Many were imported for its engine.

I have always found their servicing to be impeccable and Stuart to be nothing short of professional. The sales side simply buy the best cars and price them high. They are a business. What's to be criticised?

Exactly this, I'm curious as to why there is such harsh criticism of ML. It does not reflect the experience I had with them. I wish I could find a similar independent specialist with their passion and knowledge of M cars in the Midlands area.

I've seen that this car has now been lowered to £10k. It looks nice and I like the spec (would prefer Imola though), but the mileage still seems very high for the price.

I assume nobody has actually gone to have a look at it?

I'm half thinking taking my (non Z3) BMW in for some work it needs anyways and have a chat with them.
