thats less than 28,000 miles

      and approx £26,250 GBP

not bad when you consider similar mileage over here is prob £13-18k and then export/import, all the checks and hassle + flights and stuff if you need to come to UK to check a car, then any other problems along the way with registering a car in NZ.

also it has flippers, acs exhaust, and split rims. not cheap!

how many are in NZ? how many were sold there new?

and are all the cars odo's read in KM?

I imported an e36 race car last year. Total costs were $8000 NZ or about 4000 pound. add another $1200 for on road costs and compliance.

bigger issue now is import restrictions on emissions have changed. There are exemptions for low volume/exotics, so you might be able to get one in under that route. I know I was able to get my race car in OK as only registered for motorsport use on the road and not for general use.

All cars here are in KMs, unless UK imports!

            Talked with seller today

is a 1999 that was registered in New Zealand in 2001 - took 1 and 1/2 years to sell as new. he is the third owner and brought it at auction a coupe of years ago.

Checked on the forum here and found this thread

            http://www.z3mcoupe.com/forum/showthread.php?t=5800

I am guessing, Kiwi, a member here was the second owner.

have sent him a PM but not active for a while

might be Kiwi's car but he had a colour coded rear spoiler and different after market exhaust,

I was in touch with Kiwi this time last year about buying his full leather interior kit he had purchased on ebay! He was not keen on selling it because he had plans to install it in his Mcoupe. In fact I remember reading a post on here from him reporting about installing that full leather interior so unless this car has a leather dash, its probably not Kiwi.

Update: just checked posting history and indeed Kiwi has installed a beautiful extended leather kit to his Mcoupe:
