  • KW V3 Extension

    Hi all

I desperately need to adjust my KW suspension as its so hard at the moment, it's taking some enjoyment out of driving it especially on bumpy back roads.

Whilst I'm in there the interior needs to come out so that I can adjust the rebound. While I'm at it, I was thinking of gettinsome extensions to be able to adjust it on the fly.

Question is, which size is best? I don't want it to be too obtrusive, flat with the boot interior would be best

From memory lots of people running KW3s drilled a small hole through the carpet above the strut to adjust the rebound without removing the interior.

I assume you would have to cut a hole anyway to fit the extensions so may be a simpler way to go.

There used to be photos on here but if they are still available.....and whether you can find them is another matter....

Exdos did it to his........ thread is here

Other option is to fit Rogue rear shock mounts - 10 min job to remove rear shocks and adjust off the car with these fitted (no need to remove boot trim to get shocks out)

Will do! I might just get it set up how I like it rather than butcher the interior!
