    o dear i've found a 10 inch split in the boot floor suprise suprise!!!! Got some welding to do i think,creaking its head off just thought i'd take a peak,tool kit out and there she blows,do they always go on the nearside does anybody know?

    might be able to get BMW to help you out on this one.

                BMW have agreed to do mine, they are meeting the costs. This is a design flaw i'm led to believe....hence them paying up.

                    That would be interesting to know and you would think that if they realise that it's a design flaw, as mentioned above, then it wouldn't make any difference but you know what dealers are like.
